I can speed read so that helps. What I do with long looking questions is I look at the answers then scan the question to see quickly if I can pick up the important bit(s). Example

Question had the words Celcius and Fahrenheit so at a guess the question was looking for the F answer to 0*C. Question was in fact:

Now the other way. If it is zero degrees Celsius, it is how many degrees Fahrenheit?

Quite often if one of the answers is "All of these" then click it and move on - no need to read the question. Apart from that some questions are repeats but I also have a mind full of useless information.
