  • hi all, just back from mr T and feel I may need to write a letter to confirm their coupon policy. Held me up for ages at the till, not that I minded at first, I understand why they need to check..floor runner checked them..then decided he needed to check too...waited for third member of staff to check...whom must have read the same coupon over and over...comfort pure..asked if I had product...yes.

This person didn't check the receipt or my trolley for item, just decided to tell me that people can just print as many of these off as they like and they may not get the money back if coupon is unclear. I pointed out that yes this particular coupon can be printed lots as it is a pdf..and that surely if it scans..which it did..then why would they have problems? I was then told that my coupons needed to be printed in colour! Yes, so I will go out replace my printer with a colour one, spend more on ink...and noone can do colour photocopies? They didn't even check my other coupons that had already been scanned, the coupon safe ones...which surely are more likely to be problematic with fraud and such...I had tons of coupons on me and probably could have quite easily given ones over for things I did not buy. Sorry for ranting.

OMG WHAT'S HAPPENING, this is good, very good. I started doing SSM Mission again on Wednesday on behalf of MR LALA. I did all mine on Saturday. I've just been in to finish it and I've got £15 LTS for being a busybee and a £25 red letter voucher both processing, whats all that about?? Not that I'm complaining but I thought you only got these on Friday but mine are definately from Wednesday, just going back to investigate further. Must be my reward for helping Happy;)

Nice one. Are you sure these are'nt Happys though... :rotfl:
