SW W-I for me tonight. I couldn't go last week due to work, although I had weighed at home in between. Anyway lost 4.5 pounds over the 2 weeks, and 13 pounds in total since I started 4 weeks ago.
I'm trying to get some more SSM coupons .... could someone please 'favourite' some posts for me. My picture is Bagpuss!0 -

Evening all
Fell asleep last night after the kids went to bed early so lots of catching up. Got MrsR to use some of the SSM coupons today and even look up prices on mysupermarket before going to MrA and MrT . One day I might ever get to look on here0 -
Hi elite,
Hugs to all who need them.Absolutely furious guys!
Just had call from Customer Services about my recent trouting and accusations of fraud.
Told on the phone that the reason I was flagged up was because I'd been seen 'replacing labels' on those Toasta bags back in December when staff checked CCTV.
Ridiculous, why would I replace labels on £1.75 Toasta bags? Was told I have to inform the Police if I want to take this further and that is what I'll be doing.
Customer Service Advisor on the phone told me if I enter the store I'll be removed by security! Told them I'd like to speak to the manager directly, told me no chance and they'd call the Police if I went into store and asked! What a joke..I think (and someone will correct me if Im wrong) that under data protection act, you can officially request to see any CCTV images of you. In your position I too would be furious and would certainly pursue this, It would be interesting to see their 'evidence' !
I would talk to a solicitor (a real one, not an ambulance chaser) right away. A solicitor can best advise on how best to go forward with regard to what is allegedly a very serious accusation.

If you are not paying for it, you're not the customer; you're the product being sold.0 -
To everyone having problems accessing their rewards on SSM, I can't access mine in IE but I can in Firefox. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
-
You can indeed. OP can make what is known as a Subject Access Request to Tesco for the CCTV footage.

Well you have already been banned, so really you have nothing to loose and everything to gain by perusing this on a point of principle! Maybe they have mistaken you for someone else, maybe they have no evidence (which will be the case if they decline the release of CCTV!) Best of luck and keep us posted! Either way you deserve a very big apology, even if it doesnt lift the ban.
Not sure I would get a solicitor personally until I had more 'evidence' of my own, as solicitors are so expensive, it wpouldnt be worth it to me. You dont need a solicitor to request the CCTV0 -
:beer:A word of advise to all the mums and dads out there.
Dont eat pancakes with your kids when your already feeling sick.Im paying the price now.
Another word of advice - don't eat the pancakes you made for the kids (as well as your own) either. I feel pretty_pale_
My Mum managed to get the Clairol conditioner in Boots no bother today although they had to put them through as seperate transactions. I can't get into town to get some cos my car still isn't fixedA bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist0
