Will let you know but it might be a year or so away yet. Unless Russia has changed things regarding visas then you need an invitation to obtain a visa. The only people that can issue invitations are tourist companies. There are ways around this which are rather complex but it is doable.

cartridges that comes with printers used to be only about half full. not sure about whether that has changed.
