    *waves limply*

I've managed to pull or strain a muscle in my shoulder at the back and it hurts when i breathe :(

No T's for me today as had to work but had to go to M's for petrol, and it was whoopsy time too so thought I would have a go

    I came back with

2 x BM turkey breast joints
    Steak and ale pie
    2 x chicken slices
    1x peppered steak slice
1x something else that i cant remember
    1 x ciabatta garlic bread

£3.50 something for the lot :) :j Thats the freezer a bit happier!

Want to send massive hugs to Caz; you've done amazingly well so far, keep at it and remember your ultimate goal- to be yourself once more. You can do it :j

Two people have posted it though, may be worth a shot? The £6 meal deals are good value anyway so for £3 it's a bargain.....we wish you luck in your mission Zippy!:D
