I got trouted big time for using 1 per item, was telling me i had to buy one of each of the 4 on each coupon to get 1 pound off yea right!! off i troted to CS but the lenor one wouldnt scan so i said i didnt want it and wanted a refund!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:and got the money back for the others refused

Turns out the printer was thinking the pipe was broken because no ink was getting to the print head due to the cartridge being empty. Might head soon and get some new ones.
