Well good news is I'm not still peddling :rotfl:
I'm sure someone could beat that time - Locarr?? It's a significant improvement on my time from the 1st Jan, so I'm happy, and my shoulders weren't rocking' iyswim. After that I went out and walked the dog, nearly 2 miles :eek: Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
