Tomtom cashback views

Hi, as many of you will know, tomtom are offering good deals through major retailers on sat navs with lots of cashback deals. Has anyone had any difficulty in getting their prepaid card? I applied for mine in January and its still not arrived. I have chased them three times and just keep getting told it was posted on 6th Feb and will arrive soon. Doubt it will ever turn up now, maybe I have just been unlucky but thought it would be interesting to hear other peoples experiences? First time I've used a cashback deal and I am a bit disappointed now!

I have had a very bad experience and have not received any money. When I bought the Tomtom from Halfords I was not given the correct information to make the claim, by the time I went online to fill in the details required I had thrown away the packaging. I contacted Halfords who were quite helpful over the phone by giving me the barcodes and series numbers that were needed for the application and I enclosed a scan of the receipt. However Tomtom are now saying that I cannot have the cashback because I did not send a scan of the barcode. If I had known how much hassle this process was going to be I would not have bought the Tomtom from Halfords but one of the other stores that were quoting a cheaper price without the cashback. I am now making a fuss and will be writing to their CEO Mr H.C.A Goddijin personally. Also the Tomtom AGM is on 26th April so might be worth everyone highlighting this problem in the few weeks running up to this meeting.0

Have you asked tomtom why they don't update the unit when it is logged in.
My renewal took seconds to complete with the until connected to a PC through tomtom home
Have you mentioned it on their forums?
