Perpetually stressed...:)

I've lurked on here for a number of years now, read some incredibly inspiring diaries and yet still find myself in debt...
The problem I have is I suffer from Single Parent guilt...!!
I really should be able to manage, i work full time and get a good wage but still end up using my credit card, as my ex doesn't buy much for my girls and I end up buying everything for them.
There's me and my two daughters, my shopping ends up costing around £60 per week, i know its a bit high. If anyone can direct me to the right forum site for shopping i would really appreciate it
Really hope having a diary can inspire me onto bigger and better things...xxx
