Use partners income for sole mortgage?

Hi,
When my previous partner left me I was unable to afford the repayments on our property and had my home repossessed.
Since then I have met someone else, had 2 kids and nicely settled down!
I now want to buy a property with her, however due to my repossession I will be unable to get a mortgage. I earn £38'000 a year basic. She is currently on maternity leave.
Can she use my income for a sole mortgage application if I pay it directly into her account?
Thanks in advance!

In short no.
There is nothing put down in court to say that the income will continue and therefore the lender will take the view that it's not guaranteed.
When were you repo'd and how much deposit do you have?

Bad news is a bit fat no. The lenders are way too advanced these days to let that slip past them.
When working how much does your partner earn?
What level of deposit can you put down?
What price bracket are you looking at?
Can try and help from there.....I am a Mortgage Broker

She only earns around 12'000. I would have a deposit of around 10-15k, though more is possible through hard saving!
To be honest the price bracket is going to be dictated by the available mortgage / shared ownership!
