Makes me laugh really - these huge companies will spend millions advertising and promoting their wares and yet when something like this happens, instead of instigating good will, they prefer to alienate good potential customers!

When I checked this morning my order for the DVD box set and CX300 headphones were still pending (and were cancellable). Just checked now and the boxset was cancelled... but the CX300 headphones are now waiting despatch but not cancellable! No email from them either.

If they cancel one I want both cancelling and I will keep the headphone order for later when I want something under the £15 free delivery limit. Mmm.

Sorry it didn't come off guys, both myself and my mate have also had cancellation emails !!! At least they've sent me the Goodnight Sweetheart massive missprice !!! Thanks for the support too - makes you wonder why you bother sometimes!
