Hello Everyone,

Hope you can advise on my situation, I have 5 debts thats are fairly small but not small enough that i can afford to pay them off and get rid once and for all...I am trying to think of a way to combine them all into one smaller affordable payment...over the months I have slightly overpaid and got them down to similar amounts, why I haven't concentrated on one at a time I don't know...but here is how the look today!

Debt 1 - £35.96 per month Total @ £776.64
Debt 2 - £36.56 per month Total @ £840.88
Debt 3 - £24.35 per month Total @ £819.35
Debt 4 - £32.36 per month Total @ £744.28
Debt 5 - £20.00 per month Total @ £748.00

4 are with Barclays - 1 with Natwest...

I know this probably looks really bad to some, but I have already paid off 2 overdrafts at £1,500 (£3,000 total).

Any advise would be great...Thanks, please be gentle with me!

Hope this is in the right section, thought it right as i want to be debt free!!

    Hey,

Just popping by to say yes you are in the right place and someone more knowledgeable than me is likely to be along soon to help you out :)

Maybe try posting up a SOA (on one of the stickys I think at the top of this board), that will help people who are number savvy give you some more in depth advice.

    Hope that helps :)

As well as posting your SOA - it would be a good idea to know the APRs as well as the balances of the loans as this tells you how "expensive" the debts are... This will then allow you to determine the order in which to pay the debts off so that you incur as little interest as possible.
