I got an e mail at15.04 saying i'd won then another at 15.40 saying i hadn't. When I called the PR company,they said they are having problems with their e mails & the real winners will be contacted shortly-they wouldn't say whether i'd won or not

"There seems to have been some technical problems at bagel HQ, resulting in people receiving two emails about the Valentine’s Day competition.
We can confirm that unfortunately you have not been lucky enough to win this time.
As an apology for any confusion, we will send you a voucher for a free pack of New York Bakery Co bagels to be redeemed from all major retailers. Please let us know if you would like this sent to a different address to that we have registered for the competition."

Me too . Free pack of regular bagels is just as good as the heart shaped ones in my book even if i do have to wait a bit longer

I didn't win either after all I am happy with the voucher though as I love bagels
