Berghaus Jacket, got one?

Hi sorry if this is in the wrong section first.

Secondly, I need a new jacket/coat after giving my sprayway coat to my mum. I'm looking at Berghaus, if anyone has one, would you recommend it?

Also, is Gore-Tex worth the price?

Yes I got one its lined and its very warm considering how light and thin it is, keeps wind out and easy to clean

This is what I have paid £64 in December 2010

I also have a fleece got that at xmas I just wear that and t-shirt outside today and kept me warm

Whats the hood like on it, is it wire-peaked?

I have one, its done Offas dyke, and the Cotswold way, never let a drop of water in.
Has the facility to zip in a fleece. Bear this in mind when sorting out your size.
