At rock bottom

Hi all,
I'm hoping someone can help quickly with this as I'm now at rock bottom.

I've got a mortgage with Santander, currently being looked after by Eversheds as I have 7k in arrears.

I went to court in November & got a suspended eviction based on my monthly payment plus £50 towards the arrears.

I made the payment in December & the one for January on the 4th February, but I'm not able to make the February one until 28th Feb (Payday).
They are refusing to talk now as I'm missing a payment & have decided to go straight to the court for an eviction date.

I've got 3 kids, no savings, wife, but looking after the kids (school).

I'm at my wits end now with worry & have looked on google for advice but not sure where to start.

I think time is running out, can anyone help please.
Managing my own debts & it's slowly looking better by the month. :T

  • have to spoken to shelter, they may have some advice you need, also have you approached the local council. l do hope you are able to sort your problems out, best of luck x
  • I spoke initially to CAB today, they were positive they advised to go see the local council first to see about either a bridging loan or some kind of rescue package as this would save them adding to there housing problem. The council offered my no help at all, they said I need to make an appointment to see there housing officer in 2 weeks time !

  • I've done a inc/exp sheet on the computer & the affordability is there (just), it getting that through to the lender to explain that my circumstances are now a little better since Jan as I got a pay rise.
It seems they are trying to crush a small rock with a big stone !

  • Does anyone know who I need to deal with in these matters ? is it the lender or there solicitors.
Every time I ring Eversheds, I get the same unhelpful person who coudnt care less. I need to speak with someone who can look at the whole picture.

    Lender says deal with Eversheds
    Eversheds say its Santanders decision
