As I've been saying, there's a meaningful shift in sentiment underway, as the economy is slowly turning the corner (even if employment lags). We're in the early phase of the next era of prosperity.
economy turning? how dude. unemployment going up as is the cost of living which means no dudes are spending their cash
stop with your nonsense dude. no evidence to back up your ramblings. you are sounding more and more like mr reeMaidstone Prices - average reductions at 8.5% (£19,668) Feb 2012 - We thought the dudes were not allowed to drop prices?0 -

There is so much pent up demand from the FTB's. Combine that with some loosening in LTV criteria we've seen recently, plus some of the cheapest mortage deals available ever, the only way is up. :T
The end of the stamp duty on FTB is a non-story.
Sure, you will want to save a grand or two if you can, but nobody rushes through or holds off a house purchase for stamp duty reasons. You buy when you see the place that's right for you at the right price.
crash_bang_muppet, man, you're getting tedious, dude.
When your mam gives you a chunky kitkat, you probably moan about how it will be gone after you eat it

To be honest I would expect a slow increase to a more normal level, I would say that at first many we just cut off but now they are all coming up with the savings needed one by one, the culture change happened a few years ago to which there will be a steady steam of financially capable purchases coming forward (like myself).Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

On second thoughts, pick any number between 0 and 10, it'll be more accurate.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0
