Eye creams

Hi all,
I was wondering what your experiences are in terms of the best eye creams on the market?
I'm currently using a Benefit one (I think this cost me around £15) which is good and also a Soap and Glory one (approx £11) which is not so good. Previously I used Avon Anew eye cream (£15 roughly) which I found to be very moisturising and reduce my dark patches slightly.
I'm looking to buy another one so would welcome any suggestions...
Thanks

I like Avene's Eluage which has retinaldehyde in it at a decent concentration - it sometimes takes time to build up to using it twice a day though as it's a chemical exfoliant. It can be used all over the face though, there's no need to buy a separate eye cream if you've got a good one for the face - here's a link to some reviews of it. http://www.makeupalley.com/product/showreview.asp/ItemId=82391/Eluage-Cream-30-ml/Avene-/Treatments11th Heaven prizes Number 103

Boots Essentials eye gel, I like the cucumber one, when my skin is especially greasy I use this all over as its cheap, oil free and very hydrating.Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0

I really like the L'Oreal Youth Code eye cream, found it really helps to reduce ouffy eyes. I have seen they have a space for the new Luminious Youth Code eye cream in Boots- but its yet to come in which is frustrating! Its even priced at "half price" yet nothing there to sell! Am betting the offer ends and then they come in!
I have tried quite a few eye creams, didn't rate many of them but none gave me puffy eyes the way normal moisturisers do. I also liked the Benefit eye cream, had a little sample pot and wanted to repurchase- was sure it was around the £25 mark? I tend to shop at Savers and discount stores so not tried many of the luxury versions, would love to see what the difference was!0 -
It's bizarre to me that anyone would pay so much money for such a little amount of product but if it works for you...
Don't the Supermodels and LuLu swear by a £2 tube of Anusol (or Germaloids, you get the idea) for reducing puffy eyes? I've ALWAYS got some of that in the house so I'll give it a whirl and report back :rotfl:0 -
Well its a great discussion . I like to use Avenes Eluage cream this is one of the best cream . In this cream vitamin E is include that is very beneficial for us. when you use this cream twice in day than your skin will be looks very beautiful and gorgeous.0

It's actually Preparation H but they changed the formulation so it doesn't include that magic ingredient Biodyne (I think) any more. I think you can still get the original Prep H from Canada though if anyone wants to track it down or get someone they know who lives there to send them some.
Can't imagine the Anusol or Germaloids will do any harm though so go for it and let us know :beer:11th Heaven prizes Number 103

Thanks for all the replies ladies, i'm going to have a look at your suggestions...
The benefit one I got on a special offer, can't remember which website but it was down from £25ish to around £15. For me personally I really do see a difference when I use an eye cream as opposed to my normal moisturiser around the eye area. I don't mind paying around £15 for an eye cream because you use so little so they last ages0 -
I have heard a lot of positive reviews about Origins eye creams but they never seem to be on special offer so haven't bought one just yet0
