hi could anyone tell me if i can sell my aviva GA homemaker plus investment type unitised with profit endowment ?

There are hardly anyone buying conventional with profits endowments nowadays. Let alone unitised plans (which normally cannot be sold).
Be wary if you surrender it. If yours has a mortgage endomwent promise (MEP), and many Aviva plans do, then this will be lost.
