Just been to my local Sainsburys (Worksop) and there was 1/3rd off selected toys including Moshi Monsters Moshling Treehouse.
For any Moshi fans i'm pretty sure this is the cheapest around at the moment.

I would suggest you see before you buy - this really is a piece of plastic with shelves.
