Bank Loan

Would I be able to get a bank loan with Barclays ? I am 21 work full time about 45 hours a week but my credit isn't that good I am not even able to get a contract phone at the moment :(. How can I fix my creit history I was in about £300 debt with another bank but that's bieng paid back monthly. Sam

I never, ever trust councils to do their job right.

What i meant was I know im on the ER as my credit report has me down for this address and the council know i live here as i get teh polling cards but all the OP has to do is check with the council if hes on the ER.
