Dave, many many thanks.
I guessed so hence thought to share here on this forum to get experts opinion. You got me right Dave, we are really in shock, couldn't eat/sleep properly since we received the letter. I wish you are right.
Tomorrow morning my first action would be to meet the mortgage adviser.
Many Thanks again....0 -

As has been set out in several posts, you need to make enquiries in the morning to tell us the reasoning. Once you do that, we may be able to suggest ways in which the problem can be solved.I am a mortgage broker. It may well just be that you've reached the cut-off date for all the requested documents to be provided (you said there were still 2 in progress?)
We get this happen a lot, we hit the cut-off date, the client hasnt sent all the documents, they 'suspend' or 'not proceeding' or whatever wording that particular lender uses.
The advisor is usually forewarned of this though and will be warned they have, say 3 days left, to get everything in.
If you can get all the outstanding bits within a few days you can usually just call up and 're-instate' the application though.
Most lenders will not keep the application open indefinately while they wait for all the information they have to have some sort of cut-off point - we have had applications where we are still waiting for something like a pay slip from a client for two months!0 -
Guys guess what ? It was a mistake and my application has been re-instated by my mortgage advisor. I had a great day after 2 days stress
I appreciate your valuable feedback, specially Dave who rightly identified the situation.
Thanks again all of you.0 -
