I was told about the text service when I rang up Co Op Bank.
I registered for the service and got a text back within a couple of hours telling me the number etc.
The agent read out the conditions, they said most mobiles companies charge a standard text rate to send. I think she said o2 were included in any free texts you may have. (can't remember the other/s)
How have they kept this service so quiet??0 -
Forgot to say, when you ring the Co Op Bank 0845 number (free on BT) you now get a message saying they are changing their number to an 0844. (not free!!!)
Hoping Say No to 0870 will have still have an alternative when this happens!!!0
