You need to actually sign in and go to checkout and the discount should apply before you actually make a payment.

dont think it will reduce further if I progress

You have to pick items that are BOTH through the 25% off link AND marked OFFER in red across the item picture. Only these items will offer a double discount.

if you are still struggling to find it...click on offers on home page, then scroll down to bottom right hand side it lists sportwear, click on this and its those items that have £5 off , not all sportwear is in the offer
