    CHRIS15,

Please don't judge people unless you know the full story. I have had the plan for 5+ years i have NOT obtained any other credit during my plan i am well aware of the agreement, not running around trying to obtain any kind of credit i can!

I was switching jobs and thats why this PDL situation happened in the first place. I made a mistake obviously i'm well aware of that and am now trying to address it im not the first and im sure i wont be the last!

So please dont presume i have some nonchalant attitude towards it all as i can assure you i dont!

Fact is, you obtained more debt while on a DMP. The reasons for both the DMP (someone else's fault of course, it usually is) and the PDL are irrelevant.

As has been suggested, open a new bank account, make an agreement with the PDL companies and take a very long, hard look at yourself and how you manage your money.

    Thanks Keepcalm,

I will forget the HB route :):):) and just try to sort it out myself i think as you say thats probably best way.

Honestly this will give you more money to throw at the PDL problem and get you through quicker
If you need anything at all you can call on me xx

You can make a start as soon as you've got new bank account set up - start emailing and writing to the lenders (don't talk on the phone where possible that has to be the golden rule)

Part of getting out of this mess is firstly accepting the mess is your own doing, nobody elses. It's all well and good trying to excuse yourself by pointing fingers in all directions, fact is this is all your own fault.

You've simply gone back a whole bunch of steps. You're going to need help, you were already getting help but you threw it back. You need to take it seriously, switching jobs is no excuse at all.
If there was a gap in your wage, you would have had the money to repay it (hence the need for the short term PDL).

Stop looking to excuse your actions and accept what you have done. You can then focus on a way out and make best use of the support you will be given.

CHRIS15 has made a valid point, your were on a DMP despite it being a few years old and your not meant to take out more credit which you have done. Switching jobs isnt a good enough excuse for breaking the agreement for a DMP.
