charges on secured loans

hi can anyone tell me if there are any charges i can reclaim on a secured loan taken out 5 years ago? thanks

Were you late paying?were the charges as notified?were they reasonable?

Depends how much the charges were, if its the standard £12 charge no chance, if its older charges like £25 - £35 then maybe.

But lots of missed payments is your own fault, it isn't the same thing as bank charges.

Here we go again. If you had paid on time, then you wouldn't have had late payment fees. I'm so sick of this greed culture now. It's people who do pay their debts on time that suffer from all this greed.

the loan has now been paid off!did take ppi for the first month but then cancelled it,is it worth the hassle trying?

1-months PPI claim, if sucessful will get you £10-50, hardly worth it.
