I ordered last time. Loved the quality of what I got, but had to chase for my refund of undelivered items. I ordered again on Wednesday and items arrived today minus 2 little bits. I've now ordered again (and used the £5 code again). I've decided there will be a lot of hats & gloves presents next Christmas!

Thanks guys. Took the chance, last time I had all mismatched item gloves no hat. Chubes no gloves, but at around 50p each could not complain. Had to chase my refund, so will be watching this one

How do you know that the free delivery code ends today???? just got home from a very long day and want to go to bed but not sure if free delivery ends or not ????

On the recent email from muddy puddles it said free delivery until midnight 12th feb.

I ordered from these guys at the beginning of the week and received my items today. They look really good quality and larger sized for the age so will last for awhile. Going to look again! Thanks op.

Having read previous posts please bear in mind that items might be out of stock but I have an email with code which i will post on the codes board for free delivery.

Its up to you if you want to chance it.

I'm a little bit concerned about this. I was sent an email today from a smaller website that posts bargains, advertising a free delivery code (they made it sound like it was an exclusive to them) for the MP sale.

I did reply to the email warning this person about all the issues... but they didn't reply... I also left them a message on their facebook urging them to consider the issues at MP but they deleted it. Half an hour later they remailed their mailing list with this offer! I realise that sites like this on occasion get an incentive for spreading the word about companies..... hmmm!

The thing is, many of the items listed in their sale are items that people weren't sent last month in all the fiasco. For example, I was issued a refund for a hat and gloves that are still there on the site in the size I ordered. And there are probably still people who are out of pocket for incorrect refunds. Not to mention that people reported receiving things like the growing kits in pretty bad condition.

After all that horrendous hassle, I really hope that anyone who wasn't aware of what happened actively seeks out the thread highlighting what happened before taking a chance on them. They may well have got their act together now (?!) but that doesn't really explain why so many people didn't receive goods last time that are still being sold right now.

I think I'll keep my money for better uses, they had my money three and a half weeks before I got it back last time!
