    Nope in my usual organized manner we are taking my Dad out to god knows where as I haven't booked anything yet.:D

    I shall be guided by the forces of cheapness and find somewhere to go in Manchester for him.

    its certainly a more dfw way to celebrate than mums party, we just thought she deserved it as she'd never had one before. this year i'm gonna be home that weekend for my paternal granda's 80th dinner/dance. am gonna take her out for dinner with stepdad and sis on her bday then meet her in town after my granda's for some boozie duncin!

    would your dad appreciate a home made picnic in the park? even more moneysavin! :rotfl:

    To be honest my Dad's that batty he would probably be v. happy if I made him a sandwich but hey I'll splash out and he can have a starter, main and, thats right ladies and gentlemen........ a :rotfl: pudding.
