I wouldn't mind a Moscow Mule right about now. Vodka, lime and ginger.

Shame I don't have any vodka.

    Or lime.

    Or ginger.

I had one of them on New Years Eve. Lot's of tequila, not a lot of sunrise. Not bad for six o clock in the evening. I don't remember mindnight.

You know I don't normally drink like that! Normally I'm a good boy! I jst wanted to make that clear! :o

Uh oh! Then again.. it took me 9 months to gain it.. it's sure as hell not going to drop off in 3 weeks! lol!
Going to do the Race for Life in June though so will have to start training soon... that's if my insides don't fall out in the process  . lol

taxing my brain now but 25 is the point between average and overweight so your not too far off.

at work we don't go by actual weight or bmi, it's tough with those because of the variety of body shapes eg i haev giant knockers (no point beating about the bush there) and so thats gonna effect my weight, i'm developing a jordan type of body figure, plus if you are muscly you are ging to have more weight because muscle weighs more than fat.
we have a body fat monitor which is great. you get weighed on it but it also tells you your % body fat as well as total body water and lean body mass (muscle tissue and everythign else). it's really good as one month i may put on weight but find i've built up muscle and lost fat...

Don't get me wrong, I like a drink. I just don't get paralytic too often. I try not to get falling down drunk except on special occasions.
