  • Oh and...forgot to answer Anniselles question of....when I say my ex husband is 'missing' what do I mean....He was having an affair and left town,and has no 'forwarding address' ,he literally disappeared! Hope thats makes sense :)

    If all your income comprises of benefits then you won't get an IPA.

  • Yes but be careful using your legal aid, the solicitor will only do a limited amount of work on your case, and will drag it out until they can reapplly for an extension for more legal aid if it is not resolved.

    If you husband has disappeared or going missing than I assume you have reported this to the police?

    If you file for bankruptcy than the creditors will be more proactive to pursue your husband to collect the debts, I would go and speak to one of the free agencies regarding your position with the house.
