There are some products in supermarkets that you can only get branded items of.
I don't buy this stuff as I don't have cholesterol problems. My family that do have cholesterol problems want to see a supermarket's own version of Benecol/Flora Pro-activ products.

Mixed bag for me with brands and supermarkets own. I tend to buy stuff for toilet in value range. I also use branded cleaners. I tend to stay clear of value food. I buy brands on offer if not I tend to avoid it and do without.0

Asda do. Only blueberry flavour though and less than half the price.0 -
I regularly moan at Waitrose that they should do own brand cassoulet but they don't
...
I buy own brand ratatouille if made in France and without weird additions like pork fat. However, ratatouille is a great cupboard standby for heating up and pouring over pasta or chops, for chucking in a pasta bake, for adding Mediterranean flavour to soup or Mediterranean fish dishes or cold to do same in gazpacho. OH heats and chucks over halved jacket spuds, adding grated parmesan and creme fraiche.0 -

I've never bought them as I hate yoghurt and I'm not convinced they work, but Tesco do these:
