loan fraud

Can anyone help please!? If someone is getting online loan companies to contact my landline number asking for someone who does not live there and is trying to obtain loans in there name at my address is it fraud???????

    Don't listen to Andy. He's taking the !!!!.

    It's only fraud if they ask how many sugars you have in your coffee.

    2 definitions of fraud from google(you could have done this OP)

    • Wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
    • A person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities.
    The lender maybe has been defrauded as tehy have given the wrong address.

    I had no idea asbokid did that (never really came across him, well only briefly) he was a complete fruit cake from what i hear.

    I posted the quotes as a way of defining fraud to the OP.
