Company Director evaded child support

Hi
My Ex husband is a sole company director whose business has 150k in assets He lives off drawing down a directors loan in credit that was £130k his father lent him initially.
Is this legal?
so does he draw down the loan in his fathers name and father gifts the money to him? Does the business 'have' assets of 150k or does it have assets of 150k with a 130k loan, ie 20k of assets?0 -
If you can get this to a Tribunal then the corporate veil can be lifted and the company money will be accessed as personal funds/income.
This is the route my ex went to increase the CM payable...0
