I am finding that as soon as I apply the £25 off discount (which works fine) it knocks off free delivery, even when I still fulfil the "over £30" requirement. Has anyone else found this?

Also, don't forget - there is 15% cashback through quidco on all orders.

wierd, the money off code suddenly not working, says accepted but total still £50+ even when gn in to checkout, wonder if their website got a problem, anyone else go it?

their system seems to have changed and doesnt discount until you have logged in and go through checkout after that.

cheers hun, deleted cookies/tifs etc and tried again, working now! have done 3 baskets then logged out so far in hope that I could persuade myself no more Body Shop ... didnt work! am due £27 cashback for something so that will pay for it ... seriously i need no more Body Shop!

Damn! I thought I had a good deal using the 35% off code posted on the discount thread and buying some of the chocomania range, but the gift sets weren't on the site at the time of ordering and they work out better as I'd only ordered chocomania shower creme x2 a butter, scrub and body lotion. Waiting for them to arrive now, have my tracking number but its not tracking lol!

you will love it, the heart shaped tins for £12 are good buy, you get the lip butter as well and the tins are really nice x

in store they seem divided over if this is limited edition range or permanent, am sure they wouldnt go to the huge expense of making, packaging and marketing a whole range for limited edition, at least wouldnt think so.Has anyone else heard anything? x

the free delivery is for over £30 so when it takes the 50% off your £50 order it goes to £25 and makes you pay for delivery so you really have to buy £55 worth of stuff to get the 50% off and the free delivery. i had fun trying to work that out

Just did a trial run and had £56 in basket, (£51 of which was full price items), did code for £25 off, then signed in to my account which has a LYB card registered so code didnt work.

Took the card number off, saved settings and got £25 to work- then went back into my account and re-pasted the LYB number in and saved again.

It then took off the extra 10% on body butters and hand butters I had in the basket (2 for £15, as long as full price ones, and the 50% off hand butters) so had to add another hand butter to bump it up to free delivery but in the end I had

2 x hand butters
2 x full price body butters
3 x coco £12 gift sets

£33.50 delivered

There is prob a way to get it bang on £30 but I will not be trying/ordering as I ventured into my present bags last night and there is so much stuff in there, inc BS stuff!

Apologies if this is already known but on lunch at work so cannot read entire thread!
