Advice please- I left, and haven't been paid

Hi all,
I was employed for two months, but I left without giving notice, as my boss was making it impossible for me to stay. She had me in tears most days with her attitude.
I didn't get paid last month, although I had worked for 5 days of that month, having said that, I didn't really expect to get paid, as I hadn't given her notice.
It took my employer two weeks to acknowledge my resignation, and she asked me to attend a grievance meeting with her. I refused, as I felt too intimidated, and I could not trust her to be impartial. I simply asked for my p45.
However, today, I received my p45, with a payslip, which indicates that she paid me some of my salary for last month (which she has not). She has also taken tax off the non-existent salary...
Any advice would be gratefully received!

Have you checked your bank to make sure that the salary is not there (presuming you were normally paid this way)
If you were paid normally by cheque and it was missin from the envelope you need to ring (or write) to the company and
tell them what has happened
You should also be due any accrued holiday pay.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Yes, no money in my bank, and no cheque in the envelope that arrived today with my p45...0

Weird thing is, I worked for 5 days, there is no mention of this in the payslip. What she has "PAID" me for is 2 days unpaid leave, 2 days sick pay, and one day's holiday. I don't really understand the breakdown. Suppose I better email her0
