Wanna cheap place to stay

we are going to diggerland in cullompton, so 3 of us (this is for child,mum,nan) will be going there on the 31st may and wanted to stay overnight there, the cheapest i can find is the £50 mark, i would really like to get this a bit cheaper if possible, i thought by looking earlier i would be able to find cheapr places but i cannot
I dont mind if it includes breakfast or not, but it cannot be too far from cullompton as i am useless with directions and i am driving!!! (ahhhhh!!)

if its in exeter that isnt too far away but again the cheapest i can find is about £500
