    I hoped I'd guessed right ... although you must feel very disappointed in your partner, we need to look at how the situation you now find yourself in can be remedied.

    A repayment plan is required, either by changing partly or wholly to capital and interest, or by selling the property - which will all depend upon how much is left on your mortgage, your age, income etc.

    Speaking to your lender in the first instance, will present you with what options they are able to offer you - allowing you to put some sort of plan in place. (of which we will of course all try and help offer you advice, guidance and support !)
