Working for the Student Loans Company

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has any experience or working at the Student Loans company? I have just accepted a temp job and now have an interview with the Student Loans Company shortly after my temp job is due to start, therefore I am in a quandry as to whether I should just not take my temp job (which is better pay) and go to the interview for the SLC job. I'd love to hear anyone's experiences of working at the SLC (specifically the Darlington site).
Many thanks!
