I went Bankrupt in February 2008, and have happily moved on with my life and finally got myself back on track. I have a job a nice home no debt and am excellent a budgeting and I stay as far away from credit as I can.
This morning I received a letter from a company called ruthbridge limited asking me to contact them and quote the reference number.
I did (BIG MISTAKE). They said they were looking to collect a debt from back in 2005 to Vodafone, I told them i was bankrupt and that that would of been included in my bankruptcy and that if they had as they said they had checked my credit file they would see that.
I got quite upset and hung up on them, 10 minutes later they phoned me, which infuriated me more. I told them again i had gone bankrupt and I wasn't sending them any proof of it as I shouldn't have to and that I went bankrupt in 2008 to get away from all the letters, calls and harassment back then and would not be going through it again and if they continued to harass me for a debt which should of been in my bankruptcy then i would report them.
My question is can they claim this debt?
Can they keep harassing me?
and i thought i'd got away from the many years of stress and worry
Any advice would be much appriciated.

There is nothing they can do to you, tell your OR what is happening and ask them to help you with it.:pB&SC No. 298
