Free Solar Panels - unsure

Just a quick update

Solar panels still not installed, infact they have been sitting in my back garden since January!!!

The invert was installed in February!!!

Still no scaffolding.

Trying to cancel my contract as Homesun have just mucked me around so much since the contract was signed in November. They have even told me they can't install the solar panels as they can't afford to buy them anymore. They are in my garden!!!

Bunch of total idiots.
Rant over.

Welcome back Helen, sorry it didn't work out for you, especially after you did so much research.

Are you still planning on moving, as the mortgage issues re free systems are still a pain and aren't going to disappear for some time.

Whatever happens, best of luck.

Yes I am still planning on moving unless i win the lottery and can buy my husband out.

I have heard this morning from parker-Bromley who have been contracted by Homesun. They are going to collect the panels within the next week.

But apparently Homesun are going to pass me to another contractor!!!

I have just had enough and want to cancel the contract, but They useless Homesun call centre people wont even acknowlege the fact, the woman I spoke to yesterday just kept saying we will make you a priority, which is what they have been saying since January.
