Now I guess before posting this, I should point out that you have to pay for the phone call, but as has been noted on previous offers like this, you could use someone else's phone, like one at work maybe?
I just got an email from mankind (a high end hair / beauty care company) and they have an offer for a free copy of men's health - normally RRP at £3.70!
It's a great mag - even as a woman, I've often sneakily read my OH's copy
Anyway, here's the info you need:
The phone call is not that long - I was on the phone for about two minutes! They ask you if you're a previous reader - if you are, you "qualify" ( ) for a further three copies for a £1 - you have to set up a DD though.....you don't have to do this to get your free copy though!
