    Mortgage-free Glee!
    Good for you Mystery!

We're all online and free and for nothing! Best bargain there is I reckon!!! Plus we are as friendly as anything!

    :money:

Ref the online shopping and meal planning. If you start to meal plan it will help on days when you are not 100%. Some members plan over 8 days so they effectively get one week off per month - have a look over on Old Style for more info. Ref online - even if you end up paying (hopefully chev's tip will help out there) it stops any undue stress which inevitably ends up with us all putting stuff in the basket we wouldn't usually succumb to!!!

Smoking - there are loads on here trying to give up. Think of a few things: first, your child is more likely to smoke if you do, its really expensive(!), it ages you before your time, obviously it does other unmentionables to your insides... OK, if giving up is not an option at the moment, why not try rollups to cut down on cost and the amount of nasties?

Might be worth cutting up or putting the cards in water and in the freezer to stop you spending when you are feeling low.
Its great to hear you are so upbeat!!!:T

Just realised, that Id missed quite abit off my debt diary......started meal planning (Id done this before & it worked, so great!) Also, started keeping a spending diary...although, have spent a few pounds that Im kicking myself over.......

AND,AND I went to Next on sunday....(Liam really needed new clothes, & decided against buying any more from asda etc, as they havent worn well at all, they look tatty - so shopping at Next, as I see it is money saving in the long run!) & I even had my Next store card in my purse & all I spent was £28.99 on 5 items for liam & for the first time in, probably ever actually, I had money available to spend on my next card, but instead of that I paid on my debit card.....I looked around the whole shop (as I had £65 birthday money, of my own & could do with some more clothes!!) And even though I had that to spend & I saw some things that I liked, I decided not too on, the basis, that it will be getting warmer soon, so might not need so many new clothes for the summer (as have quite a few from last year)

And as a result, of buying the new clothes for liam (which he needed) Ive started smoking roll-ups (i already had some tobacco at home), so in the next couple of weeks, I will be smoking just roll-ups & maybe just a packet of ciggi's if/when I go out..............

So did miss a bit out, no more cards, infact, i may well cut the next one up shortly, could probably do with a credit card to use, in emergency's so may keep hold of that one until, i can get one with a better rate

As with bigger purchases, I think Im going to start buying clothes & things in advance, i used to do this all the time when liam was a baby, & i used to get really nice things in mackays or nexts sales....so instead, of large amounts, buy a few every couple of weeks, so that i dont have to worry so much about one big amount at once......

Anyway........yep bargain place.......& so addictive, I'll have 3 or 4 stars before I know it......keep trying to go to bed, but cant get off this site lol........:rotfl:

i want to reduce this, which i could by cutting back/smoking roll ups etc, but not that easy, would be cool if anyone could offer some support?!

If you want to switch to roll ups, I am something of a connoisseur and can give you any advice you need. It is not easy to make the switch at first, but once you do, you might even grow to prefer them. Don't splash out on a rolling machine, though, they are not worth it.
:j Baby bonce was born on Christmas morning after a ridiculously short labour and no pain relief! If only losing the baby weight was as easy!:T
