Ok, I think you need to turn that frown upside down :) Have you thought about writing a list each day? Start in the morning with a list of small goals, then at the end of the day tick off the ones you've achieved :) Then write a little list summarising positive things you've done today, these can be as small as having a sit down for five minutes, taking the dogs for a lovely walk in the sunshine, etc...

I read your diary and I don't see negative, I see constructive comments :) For example: you owe lots of money, but next week you'll be able to pay some off :)

If you can't do anything about it, then there's no point getting stressed that's my motto :) It's better to write down ways to help prevent it happening again.

Hope you have a better nights sleep tonight though :( lavender is awesome for relaxation. Pop some in a cloth bag, pop that under the pillow cover and it'll help you drift off :) xxx

    Hiya Danetastic

Sorry you're feeling down. You've had the most fantastic time at Crufts and done so well, perhaps you're overtired with all the adrenaline you've used up. This is a temporary blip. You've money coming in soon, you will get through this.

Try Kerri's tip with the lavender, it does work wonders, nice soak in the bath and tuck up with a good book.

I'll pop in and see you tomorrow.

Finally got up and let dogs out and had cup of tea . Decided to bake scones - never turn out well so got mix from @pproved foods. The first 3 trays worked fine but burnt the bums on the last ones so doggies had them . They are getting into habit of following me about - think its cos I often give them titbits tho the mood I've been in they've really helped. Don't know wot I would do if wasn't for them tho lot of debt is from them too .
Ate 3 of the scones myself ( from seperate batches as had to check they were properly cooked dont you know) and they were fine ! The only thing is the pack is supposed to make 85x95g scones and when I weighed them they were twice the weight . I still have some mix left for another time
Also did 3 loads of washing including some of the show gear so ended up that I achieved quite a bit.
Don't worry just fed up of the situation I am in tho I know it will get better it has too as can't go on like this . Going to take your advice . The blanket of bed is on and going to have bath and then bed Got a good book to read. Goodnight peeps

So far done this from list
    Tidy kitchen
Do washing - 2 loads done
Cook ham hock - in slow cooker

Also changed cat litter - am trying them on shredded paper ( had loads) mixed with the litter . I bought the wrong kind ie stones instead of the wood chip kind . They have used stones only but not happy . The bags were the same so don't want to make that mistake again! Hopefully they will prefer the mix. Also a way of using the paper

Tidied office and hidden behind unit found 2 x 15kg sacks of cat food I'd forgotten I had ! Will last my felines 3 months at least and still have 1 1/2 bags left of the ones have been using so they are sorted for a while
Have enough for the muttlies to last til end of month . :T

The sack of onions I bought have begun to sprout so going to have to do something with them soon

Went to use onions and found most were rotten so won't bother with another sack! Did manage to salvage 3 that I sliced and put in dehydrator - they've been there for 24 hrs now and still not done

Finally washed the kitchen floor also did alas of washing and washed 2 of the dog beds - one left

Off to wash the wee dogs which will take an hour before going to bed.

Had dehumidifier on today and havent needed to use the heating - house is warm . AMAZED how much water it's removed didn't think there was so much in the air . Surprised I have no mould in the house ( at least I haven't found any yet).

Got early start tomorrow as have a wee show with dogs

I'm jealous of your dehydrator, I really want to save for one :-) do you rehydrate the food? I haven't got my head round how to do that bit.

Good luck with the show tomorrow xx

Decided just to do 1 dog last night as tired and neighbours are early bedders . Got up at 7 neighbours already away so able to wash and dry the other one without worrying about disturbing them .
Had fairish day at the show. The wee pup came 3rd in puppy class - 8 entered ant then 3rd in junior class. The other wee dog came 1st in graduate - 3 in class but got beaten for the best of breed (BOB). I need 8 points for her to get her ShCM and seem to get blocked with the same dog ( you get 1point for BOB and you need 25 to get the title - some have to be group wins and she's got those already). Group wins are when all the toy BOB go against each other and you get points for getting placed 1 - 4. Sorry if you know this already.Pleased with what we got and TBH the dog that got BOB is stunning it's just frustrating but we will get there. The teenager was entered but was limping so I withdrew him as he wasn't fit to run in ring , would have been placed last and don't want to make it worse. Got a champ show in 4 weeks so hope he's ok for then.going to give him arnica to help with the healing - got advice at show from another Dane owner.
Couldn't believe it when I got up came downstairs and found the big dogs (4) had peed all over the kitchen so had to mop it again before starting the show prep:eek::eek::eek::eek: just seem to get it straightened and have to start again .
