I have posted on another thread, but it seems that the

Prosecco will give the best JTD of £3.99

If you buy a GU pudding you can save 50p with the MOC off the coupon thread.

Been checking out the various meal deals for Valentines (not quite sure why though as nominated hubby to sort out dinner this year!) and so far I think that Marks is winning.

Marks and Spencer - starter, main, two sides, dessert, wine (inc pink fizz) and a box of chocolates - £20

Waitrose - starter, main, two sides, dessert, wine/fizz/chocs - £20

The starters and mains are pretty similar - pates, steak etc though Waitrose have the GU desserts. The chocolates at Waitrose are the ones I really don't like but keep being bought year after year!

Tesco seems rather poor in comparison - starter, main, just one side, dessert and wine - £15.

Haven't checked out the other big contenders though, has anyone else and what do you think?

Ooh profiteroles!! It's such a shame that we've got no Lidl even remotely close to us. No Aldi either :(

Actually, just double checked and Marks is only one side. Not as much of a good deal then.
