Medical Negligence Solicitors

Hi all,

I really don't know if this is the right place to post this or not so I'm sorry if its not.

I have had some very serious medical issues to deal with over the past 18 months and would like to speak to a Medical Negligence Solicitor. However, the majority of people I have spoken to see to be more experienced in accident claims and injuries issues rather than anything medical.

I was wondering if anyone out there knew where I would find information on experienced and professional solicitors who deal and have experience in medical negligence?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you exhausted any internal 'complaints' proceedures to do with your care.

Medical negligence claims can be a very stressful merry-go-round that seem to be only designed to make money for lawyers.

Really need to get some proper legal advice to help me decide what to do next.

Here in the West Midlands, whenever there is press coverage of any medical negligence, the firm of Irwin Mitchell is involved.

They have offices all over the country and in Spain too.

list of all solicitors accredited by the Law Society to deal with clinical negligence. Hope there's one near you.

From what i hear they are a big motor insurance solicitor, not sure how good they are with med neg though.
Look up reviews of the solicitor prior to delving in, there used to be a a very good website but I think it got taken down as some of the big firms complained.

I wasn't impressed when using them myself but that was a few years ago
