I have searched and can not find this competition. I am 99% sure it is a scam so watch out . 1% of me would love it to be true but I don't think so.

Not a WEM, it doesn't say you have won. It is just one of the many variations on the "you are a possible winner" type e-mails.
There may be a prize but all you would be doing by providing your details would be entering the draw for it and almost certainly then getting a mountain of spam.0
