Mortgage options for those on temp contracts?

I recently resigned as a head of dept in a secondary school, in order to do supply work and improve my work life balance.
Even though my supply work is nigh on guaranteed my current lender will not entertain a re-mortgage now that we have sold our house, leaving me with a 2k redemption fee.
My bank have said I am ok for a mortgage off them but I would like to see who else out there would be willing to lend as I feel their set up charges etc are too high!
What is my fastest route to find other lenders prepared to give me the money, rather than go to them all separately?
Cheers in advance.

The fastest route would then be for you to find a fee free whole of market adviser.
They will research the whole market and come back with several options to discuss.
