    From around 1995 the price a property sold for is listed at land registry.

    Go to the land registry site and. It will tell you if they hold the price for your property and tell you the date the property was last sold. You would have to be lucky to find that the price was listed and the property hasn't been resold since. The only other option is to go to a local library and see if they hold back copies of local newspapers with property adverts.

    Of course one straight forward option would be to ask RBS what records they have.

    Before doing so I would advise making sure that 12 years have passed since the date of repossession or the last date of communication between you or your husband and the bank.
