    Not out to start a forum war with mortgage brokers, I have even thanked your reply :p

    More or less saying for the benefit of the OP that if the broker isn't helping to consider doing without.
  • I feel we've come too far to ditch the broker now and to be fair to them, the rate they got us with the Nationwide is still better than what we could've got by going direct to them.
