i entered because i live in brum and i got the WEM.
Me and my mate went down, it wasnt as busy as i thought it would be!
Got the prize envelope at the door, altho a lot already had them from being given them in the street.

As we went in, we got a photo taken (which is now on the capitalfm site) there was a table of campagne flutes (which we had 3 of lol) and ppl coming round with canepe's which were nice.

The radio presenters were lovely, got us all to open the envelopes at the same time. I only won an itunes song. Someone next to us won Alton towers tickets. Luck of the draw. Near the end of the night, u put ur name on a ticket and with the prizes they had left over from ppl not turning up (£910 from money all put together, 5 sets of The Wanted tickets, 5 sets of Alton towers tickets, 2x£500 bets) they pulled names from the hat. They also did a game with 2 willing participants to win Olly Murs tickets.

Again i didnt get lucky but i still enjoyed the night. However, if i didnt live in Birmingham, i wouldnt of travelled so far so i think most of you did the right thing by not spending x amount on train fares.

Oh and we got a free car scraper with Capital FM logo on it, on the way out the door...
