Got my order yesterday, and although my pallets added to my order and were included in the order confirmation they're not in my delivery, and I'm told they're O/S, but it's ok, I won't be charged for them (they were freebies, fgs) Not impressed, the eyeshadows are not such a good buy without the pallets.

I'm picking up my order today and if my palettes aren't there, I'm getting a refund

I got two sets in store and the palletes were £1.25 not free but for £5.25, still a great deal! thanks OP!

Agree. The eye shadows are no use without the pallette at all as they have no 'lid' as such. I have never bought these before so didn't really know how the packaging was but I thought for a £ no big deal. However, once you remove the outer they only have a flimsy loose cover over the actual shadow part so in my opinion defo need a palette to house them in. Lovely colours in the range though. Sally

I got my boots package today. Had ordered just 4 eyeshadows + the palette. The palette was there, but one of the eyeshadows was listed as OOS so was not sent. They did give me the palette for free though, and I'm pleasantly surprised. I picked up a 4th eyeshadow at the local boots store so my collection is now complete! By the way, the OOS shadow wasn't OOS when I checked last...strange.
